amico/amico-runCLI (packages/amico-run) and the public skill library (packages/extension/skills/) — skills are product content, versioned with the extension. Notes that mount- and entitlement-based skills load on top, and that the oldamico-pluginrepo is retired.Docs-only; no code. Pairs with the skill-library move in #255.
