Closes #1737.

One new public skill, packages/extension/skills/arjev-onboarding/SKILL.md:

  • The gap: arJev has a first-class onboarding surface (init checklist-file, arjev ingest --bibtex for Scholar/Zotero, key-based ranking) and a full agent runbook in its repo docs — but no amicode skill routes "set up arJev for me" to any of it.
  • The card: install → vault adoption/init → the feeds interview (one question at a time, question tool, never a guessed category) → seeding with the Google Scholar export flow spelled out (My Library → export BibTeX → arjev ingest --bibtex) plus Zotero/PDFs/Slack → credentials that are always the user's own (their console.typesafe.ai key, their Slack app; human steps; mode-600 files + env, never config) → the daily timer → a run-able verification gate on every stage (arjev --version, arjev inspect exit 0, the digest mode line, the timer armed).
  • Carries the staged-prose obligation (the agent's job) and the what-the-human-owns list; post-onboarding offers arjev backfill and the v0.4 content arms as opt-in — defaults never flip silently.
  • Self-contained per the dense-card register (a session without the arJev clone can run it); repo-doc links are full URLs (the companion lint does not resolve them).

Verification: npm run lint:skills (the repo's canonical invocation with its known-exemptions file) — 0 errors, my card needs no exemptions; pre-existing debt in other skills is unchanged and out of scope.

…wn credentials

arJev ships a first-class onboarding surface (init checklist-file, ingest
seeds, key-based ranking) and a full agent runbook in its repo docs — but
nothing in the skill library routes to it. This card is the dispatch target
for 'set up arJev for me': install, vault adoption/init, the feeds
interview, seeding (the Google Scholar My Library → BibTeX export flow
spelled out, plus Zotero/PDFs/Slack), credentials that are always the
user's own (their console.typesafe.ai key, their Slack app — human steps,
mode-600 files, env only), the daily timer, and a verification gate on
every stage. Post-onboarding it offers backfill and the v0.4 content arms
as opt-in, never auto-flipped.
