BUG: Cmd/Ctrl +/- zoom keybindings do not work in Amicode

Summary

Pressing Cmd+Plus / Cmd+Minus (macOS) or Ctrl+Plus / Ctrl+Minus (Windows/Linux)
to zoom the Amicode chat panel in or out has no effect. The standard browser/webview
zoom shortcuts are non-functional in the extension UI.

Context

• Extension: harmoniqs.amicode 0.2.1
• OS: Darwin 25.5.0 arm64 (macOS)
• Engine: harmoniqs/opencode v1.18.10-amicode.4 (base v1.18.10)

Expected vs actual

Expected: Cmd+Plus increases font/zoom level; Cmd+Minus decreases it — matching
standard VS Code webview / browser zoom behaviour.
Actual: No visible change. The keybindings appear to be unconsumed or swallowed
by the webview without effect.
