Current implementation of
windows.system.handlesdoes not work when PID > 65535 exist in the system.Switching the calls
NtQuerySystemInformationfromSystemHandleInformationtoSystemExtendedHandleInformationdo the work.Added the related definiition.
No test under condition of PID > 65535 for now as it would require creating a lot of threads.
