API Dashboard #2

As a user, I want to be able to see a dashboard which shows me basic metrics about a selected AppSync API:

• Errors
• total requests
• Latency
• Cache hits vs miss
• Bytes used for cache
• etc?

I also want to be able to change the way graphs are shown:

• range of dates
• last n hours / n days, etc
• data points group: per hour, per day, etc
