Dear developers, I have tried installing GOTM using the conda environment provided.
I have followed the instructions, however I am getting the following error:
[ 55%] Building Fortran object extern/flexout/src/CMakeFiles/output_manager.dir/formats/netcdf_output.F90.o
/usr/local/GOTM/code/extern/flexout/src/formats/netcdf_output.F90:6:8:

Fatal Error: Cannot read module file '/usr/local/miniconda3/envs/gfortran/include/netcdf.mod' opened at (1), because it was created by a different version of GNU Fortran
compilation terminated.
gmake[2]: *** [extern/flexout/src/CMakeFiles/output_manager.dir/build.make:117: extern/flexout/src/CMakeFiles/output_manager.dir/formats/netcdf_output.F90.o] Error 1
gmake[1]: *** [CMakeFiles/Makefile2:1247: extern/flexout/src/CMakeFiles/output_manager.dir/all] Error 2
gmake: *** [Makefile:136: all] Error 2
After several attempts, I realized that this may be due to the gfortran=14 specification in the environment file. In fact, compilation and execution appear to be successful when removed. Maybe specifying the version is not really necessary?
