Update sign-in button icon to the gradient Google G - #633

Replaces the flat four-color G with the current gradient G brand asset
in GoogleSignIn/Sources/Resources, which is shipped to both SPM and
CocoaPods consumers via the GoogleSignIn resource bundle. Dimensions,
file names and the transparent background are unchanged, so no call
sites in GIDSignInButton.m or GoogleSignInButtonStyling.swift need to
change.
Asset provenance (icons_update drop):
google.png <- 1x/googleg_gradient_standard_18dp.png (18x18)
google@2x.png <- 2x/googleg_gradient_standard_18dp.png (36x36)
google@3x.png <- 2x/googleg_gradient_standard_192dp.png, Lanczos
downsampled to 54x54 (the drop ships no 54px asset)
