Replace the first suggested prompt with “Open Kapso” and teach the integration skill to check authenticated project state, then open the returned inbox or setup UI in the same turn. Explicit number-connection requests retain their intent, method, and goal; other explicit tasks retain their own flow.
For older servers without intent support, adding another number asks for a supported method if none was specified. If method selection is unavailable, explain the server limitation rather than opening the existing-number screen and claiming connection choices are available.
Validation:
The review scenarios are acceptance expectations; live Codex onboarding still needs an end-to-end check.
