Evidence: the generated client uses plain fetch via runtime.ts with no timeout/AbortSignal support documented, so a hanging server blocks the caller forever.
Fix: add a timeout example to the README (AbortSignal.timeout(...) passed through the request params) plus one sentence discouraging production use without it. (Same gap in the Go/Python/PHP SDKs, with issues there.)
