The pages already say go-approx/interp v0.2.0, but params.libraries in
hugo.yaml still said v0.1.0.

This is not only a library-list change. The documentation version is the newest
minor version among params.libraries, so:

  • the version label goes from 0.1 to 0.2, and the default baseURL with it
    (https://go-scikit.github.io/docs/0.2/), as in Update interp to v0.2.0 go-approx/docs#2;
  • the first deploy after this publishes /docs/0.2/ and moves latest to it;
  • the 0.1 pages are kept: scripts/publish-version.sh replaces only the
    version it builds, so /docs/0.1/ stays published and the version selector
    lists both.

The pages already say interp v0.2.0; hugo.yaml still listed v0.1.0. Because
the documentation version is the newest minor version among the libraries,
this moves the site from 0.1 to 0.2: baseURL follows, as in go-approx/docs#2.
The 0.1 pages stay published beside 0.2 (publish-version.sh replaces only the
version it builds), and latest moves to 0.2.

go-approx/interp v0.2.1 (8dd7beed, PR #5) closes the last two gaps: the
RegularGridInterpolator linear evaluation is 7-10x faster than SciPy and the
shuffled-query cubic evaluation 3-9x faster. Every measured interp case is now
at or below SciPy's time. The documentation version label stays 0.2 (it
changes per minor release, not per patch).
