Hugo with the tannevaled/hextra fork pinned at v0.16.0 and the go-scikit brand as submodules, built and published like go-numerics/docs (versioned builds on gh-pages), without the figures job. A page per parity-plan organisation with the status of its packages, and a table of the established organisations with their landing and docs links.
