The shape go-notebook/.github and go-fft/.github have:

  • default.json: the Renovate preset every go-plot repository extends with {"extends": ["github>go-plot/.github"]}. Non-breaking updates are grouped and merge once tested; the Go toolchain never merges itself (go1.27.0 miscompiles on loong64, cmd/compile: loong64 spills a byte-sized inlined result with an 8-byte MOVD, clobbering adjacent stack slots golang/go#81000).
  • config.js + .github/workflows/renovate.yml: Renovate for this organisation only, with the RENOVATE_TOKEN secret, inheritConfig from this repository.
  • .github/workflows/ci.yml: validates the workflows, every pinned action ref, the Renovate configuration as the container sees it, and the inherited path, with self-tests that make each check able to fail.
  • profile/README.md: the public profile, with the banner from go-plot/brand, links to the site and the docs, and the repository table.
  • LICENSE: BSD-3-Clause, "the go-plot/.github authors".

Copied from go-notebook/.github (itself from go-fft/.github): the Renovate
preset every repository extends (default.json: grouped non-breaking updates
that merge once tested; the Go toolchain never merges itself), the runner
for this organisation only (config.js + renovate.yml, RENOVATE_TOKEN), the
CI that validates both, and the public profile with the brand banner and
the repository table. LICENSE gets the fleet's wording.
