  • Version: params.ndarray.version and baseURL move to v0.13.0, so CI publishes /docs/0.13/ as latest.
  • Mirrored pages: scripts/sync-mirrors.sh was run at v0.13.0.
    • Performance gains the "Sums of the other dtypes" section (ndarray#51): float32 Sum is 76% faster on POWER9, and NumPy's pairwise summation is more accurate.
    • Roadmap now shows fft, linalg and the Ruby binding as shipped.
  • Security page: re-synced by hand. It adds the FuzzMixedDTypes guarantee and its audit entry (ndarray#50). A diff against the source shows only the documented link rewrites.

Hugo builds locally.

- params.ndarray.version v0.13.0 (and baseURL).
- sync-mirrors.sh at v0.13.0: performance gains the 'Sums of the other
dtypes' section, roadmap the shipped phases (fft, linalg, Ruby).
- security.md re-synced by hand: the FuzzMixedDTypes guarantee and its
audit entry; a diff against the source shows only the link rewrites.

…s 404

The package links point at pkg.go.dev@<tag>, which answers 404 until it
has indexed the version: the docs PR's link check failed on exactly
those right after tagging, for v0.12.0 and v0.13.0 (measured: 404, then
200 within a minute of POST /fetch/<module>@<tag>).
