All articles seem to be affected, including the base https://docs.github.com/ domain

What changes are you suggesting?

There appears to be a certificate issue on the docs.github.com domain:

Error 503 hostname doesn't match against certificate
hostname doesn't match against certificate

I can reproduce this issue on my local IP, through a VPN, and on 4G mobile.
