Latest Go client incompatible with latest CLI #701

SDK v0.1.30's Client.Start() returns an error when CLI v1.0.2 is installed: SDK protocol version mismatch: SDK expects version 2, but server reports version 3. Please update your SDK or server to ensure compatibility
