When retrieving the list of sessions, since the list is global, as a user, it would be nice to be able to see which workin directory a given sessions is for. This would allow us to drive UX experience where we show that and it provides more context to the user when making their selection and doesn't rely on them needing to ask the model what the current working dir is.
