Merge main after PR #1503, reuse the CLI brand asset, simplify receiver copy, and make event and trace inspection usable on narrow screens. Use the shared Settings dialog from mobile receiver actions and cover focus handoff, retention bounds, and live system-theme changes. Co-Authored-By: GPT-6 Codex <noreply@openai.com>

SDK exception events with request contexts currently appear under the request route and have an empty Overview. Local now uses the current exception type/message as the title and shows exception causes, stack frames, source locations and captured source lines. Message-only errors show their message in both the title and Overview; raw JSON is preserved. Explicit SDK causes are distinguished from aggregate or unrelated exceptions.
Regressions exercise a scrubbed SDK payload through the real receiver/SSE path, plus partial/malformed data, stack ordering and source-text escaping. Browser QA with two running Node SDK applications verified exception rendering, JSON fidelity, manual session switching and runtime retention changes from the CLI and locally served UI. The guide clarifies that hosted viewers are read-only and session switching currently uses stream URLs.
All 128 viewer tests and the production build pass, as do workspace typecheck/lint and the Local process E2E suite. The full workspace gate still encounters the two previously deferred macOS installer and DerivedData test-isolation failures; those files are unchanged.
