Debug file upload output shows IDs instead of slugs #1473

The sentry debug-files upload summary identifies the organization and project only by numeric IDs, which makes the output difficult to scan and understand.

Example:

Organization  447951
Project       4506139505131520
Uploaded 14 debug file(s) to 447951/4506139505131520

The reported expectation is to show the organization and project slugs first; numeric IDs may also be shown alongside them.
