Debug file uploads provide no progress feedback #1472

sentry debug-files upload provides no progress feedback at all during the upload: there is no progress bar or progress logging, only the final result. This leaves users unable to tell whether the command is working throughout the entire upload, regardless of its duration.

• The legacy CLI displayed upload progress and logging.
• Reproduction: run sentry debug-files upload <path> against a directory containing debug files and observe that no progress is shown before the final result.
