Xbox: tag event if game was in streaming mode #1182

xcloud works by streaming a game from Microsoft's data center to the end user's screen.
This is a different mode than running on a Xbox locally.

We are able to check at runtime if the game is on streaming mode or not. We should tag the event as such.
