HTTP requests breadcrumbs

Is it possible to hook into WinHTTP somehow and create breadcrumbs for outgoing HTTP requests?

We can hook into WinHTTP, but depending on what information should be included in the breadcrumbs, we might need to hook into multiple functions and maintain the request state between them until the sequence is finished (typically using the HINTERNET handle as the key for state accumulation).
