In v11 the SentryTracerProvider is the only tracer provider and runs no OTel SDK export pipeline, so the OTel resource is no longer meaningful. This removes `getSentryResource`/`resource.ts`, stops attaching `contexts.otel.resource` to transaction events, and eliminates the `@opentelemetry/core` `SDK_INFO` import. The astro tracing e2e tests asserted `otel: expect.any(Object)` on transaction events, which no longer holds now that `contexts.otel.resource` is dropped. Also documents the `getSentryResource` removal and the `OTEL_SERVICE_NAME` / `OTEL_RESOURCE_ATTRIBUTES` behaviour change in the migration guide.
