Instrumentation for node-schedule library

Problem Statement

Auto-instrumentation for https://www.npmjs.com/package/node-schedule that wraps schedule.scheduleJob calls in a Sentry cron monitor.

Solution Brainstorm

needs to be opt-in, so an integration that they can add.

scheduleJob takes:

• Crontab string
• Date object
• RecurrenceRule (including support for non-UTC timezones!)
• Object Literal Syntax

Many of these are going to be tricky or impossible to translate to Sentrys CrontabSchedule | IntervalSchedule

IMO we can selectively support certain inputs to scheduleJob. To start we can only do the crontab syntax and and object literal syntax, we can expand afterwards based on feedback.
