Remove Babel from React component annotation #24415
The standalone @sentry/babel-plugin-component-annotate package is already removed, but its implementation is inlined in @sentry/bundler-plugins, keeping @babel/core as a runtime dependency.
Babel remains the annotation backend for Webpack, Vite 7, Vite 8 parser/fallback cases, and the Next.js Turbopack loader.
Vite 8 has a faster non-Babel transform, but it intentionally falls back to Babel when parsing is unavailable or fails.
The remaining blocker is parser/transform parity across those paths before the Babel backend, subpath export, and dependency can be removed.
