It looks like this is failing because the next tag got advanced to 22.0.0-next.0 for all @angular package, except for the following ones:

• @angular/build
• @angular-devkit/build-angular
• @ngtools/webpack

I'm gonna give them a couple of days to see if this is just a missing release/next bump or if the build packages discontinued/changed to something else.

Preliminary breaking changes for Angular 22 don't include any mentioning of discontinued pacakges, so I'm optimistic for now 🙂

In any case, I opened #19639 to change the canary app from angular-20 to angular-21, something I missed in #18274.
