Incoming HTTP request headers are not added as attributes in Turbopack

Description

The HTTP headers are added as attributes with addHeadersAsAttributes, but it seems like when using Turbopack, the wrap... functions are not called and thus the headers are not added.

cc @chargome mind triaging this? Is there a way we can access the request in turbopack? Perhaps we just need to move the place where we add these attributes. I'm assuming the span we add it to comes from NextJS initially 🤔

There's no build time wrapping with turbopack – all spans come from Next.js here. Will take a look on where we can add these
