Improve Performance of Node SDK in server/request setting when using tracing

### Description

Profiling as part of https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-javascript/issues/15725 led us to see a lot of issues that we solved that got us to an approximate 40% increase in performance. This issue is tracks the remaining items we can optimize.
