The Swift app moved out of gHashTag/BrowserOS in 48e0b52c6, but work kept
happening on both sides of the switchover. The two trees have since diverged in
both directions, so neither can simply overwrite the other.
Only in BrowserOS — the Queen supervisor stack: a delegation path that
actually starts a worker, branch attribution that does not hijack the shared
checkout, the supervision surfaces at both layout sizes, the observer, the
salience learner, skills as a managed resource, and SSE cassette replay.
Only here — a productionised TODO inspector (TodoPanelPolicy,
TodoListProjection, QueenIntelligenceEngine) that the other tree had
archived as prototypes.
Three files genuinely conflict. Everything else is additive on one side or the
other.
Done when
- Both stacks are present on
main and neither is regressed.
- The build compiles the added sources with no build-system change (xtask picks
up git-tracked Swift automatically).
- Constitutional Enforcement passes — in particular L1, which the BrowserOS tree
violates because it still carries the shell scripts this repository ported to
Rust.
