Fix the last two dead links, across all five locales - #649

After the merge, a full re-sweep of the site's 47 external links left two
404s, both in the message catalogues rather than in components, and both in
every locale -- de, en, es, ru, zh -- so fixing one file would have left four
languages broken.

this link pointed at a research/ subdirectory that does not exist.

The numbers it condemned stayed on the landing page. The document condemning them did not. And the site then contradicted itself about the same figure: en.json and ru.json read "578.8x (Verified)" while CalculatorSection.tsx:217, two components away, reads "* Projected efficiency on custom FPGA hardware. Verified on CPU: 20x memory savings." Three changes: 1. docs/site_audit_report.md restored, unchanged. It passes claim-guard clean. 2. "(Verified)" removed in every locale that carried it -> "(projected, FPGA)", which is what the calculator already said. 3. A claim-guard rule blocks 578.8x or 3000x within 24 characters of verified/measured/подтверждено, in either order. Verified both ways: "578.8x (Verified)" blocks, "578.8x (projected, FPGA)" passes. The figures themselves are not changed. Whether 578.8x stays is the author's call; calling it verified was not defensible either way, and a rule now stops the label rather than the number. main had repointed docs/research/BITNET_MATHEMATICAL_PROOF.md and docs/business/TOKENOMICS.md to targets of its own. All four candidate paths return 200, so this was not a correctness question -- took main's side to keep the diff minimal, and kept HEAD everywhere else. Re-verified after resolving: 47 links, 46 return 200, and the one that does not is LinkedIn's 999. Every catalogue reparsed as JSON.
