fix(needle): catch unreachable → try in ann_brute_simd.zig and ann_lsh_ternary.zig #275

Bug
Two needle ANN files have catch unreachable:
src/needle/ann_brute_simd.zigline 41:
.vector_list = std.ArrayList(u64).initCapacity(allocator, 64) catch unreachable,src/needle/ann_lsh_ternary.ziglines 84, 165:
.hash_tables = std.ArrayList(LSHHashTable).initCapacity(allocator, config.n_tables) catch unreachable,
var hash_parts = std.ArrayList([]const u8).initCapacity(allocator, self.config.n_hashes) catch unreachable;Fix
Replace all with try. Ensure containing functions return error unions.
