Course generator: scripts/course-from-spec.mjs with --check, wired into prebuild and website-checks #1416
Compiles specs/course/course.t27 with the wasm compiler, runs its tests, cross-checks every widget id against specs/widgets/gallery.t27, fails if a gallery widget is used nowhere, writes src/lib/course.generated.ts and public/course/course.t27.
