Idea: Drop a non-flattened yosys stat -json and get a treemap of LUTs and FFs per submodule, instance counts included.
Why it may spread: kebag-logic milan-fpga issue 649 per-module resource sweeps; WinDirStat-style treemaps
Done when: specs/widgets/lut-treemap.t27 (KIND widget-tool, >= 2 passing tests) generates public/widgets/lut-treemap/, the built-in sample comes from a real local yosys/nextpnr run named in DATA_SOURCES, card.png is 1200x630 from the same data, tri widget check + tri widget status show 0 problems, and the tool sits in gallery.t27.
