Providers tab: Gonka's models and TRI-NET's GPU/FPGA hosts as the seventh spec rung #1301

Description

@gHashTag

What

A seventh rung on the spec ladder, PROVIDERS, in two places: the Queen board (key g, glyph ⌬, ?tab=providers) and a standalone explorer at #/providers. It is the same layered-tab pattern as /game/specs, skills, crons, agents, tools and functions.

It lists every model the Gonka network sells, read from specs/providers/gonka/*.t27, and the two classes of host an ordinary owner could rent out to TRI-NET for $TRI (a 24 GB consumer GPU and an Artix-7 XC7A200T board), read from specs/providers/trinet/*.t27. The specs come from gHashTag/t27#5788 and are vendored byte-identically.

Rules the page keeps

  • Reads the chain only when asked. A button re-reads four public Gonka endpoints and prints every field where a card and the chain disagree.
  • "Connect" never connects. It shows the request a user would send to the model. Nothing is sent, and no key is asked for or stored.
  • No host details. A host's inference_url, seed and validator key are never kept or shown. Participants are reduced to a count per model.

Done when

  • scripts/agents-from-specs.mjs builds public/providers/spec-providers.json, with every card typechecked by the vendored compiler.
  • The Queen HUD has twenty views (HUD_KEYS = 1234567890tprbwmlxkg), and SPEC_LAYERS ends with providers.
  • check:agents covers the seventh layer.
  • A new check:providers round-trips recorded chain responses and holds the page to read-only, no storage.
  • Website CI runs it.

Companion of gHashTag/t27#5788, which merges first. After merge, board-release.yml opens the QUEEN_REF bump in gHashTag/999-multibots-telegraf.
