Closes #6568
Refs #6488 #6063

This PR adds six compute kernels as .t27 specs under specs/benchmarks/: fib, sieve, matmul, collatz, ternary and f64loop. They are the single source behind the C7 comparison of t27b with the backends t27c can emit (#6488).

Each kernel has test blocks with oracle-checked expected values, so a wrong result on any backend is a FAIL.

The PR contains .t27 files only: no harness, no generated code, no other language.

Checked on the t27b lab with t27c/t27b at 8e22fb3:

  • t27c parse: clean on all six files.
  • t27c test-report: 100% on all six (13 of 13 tests).
  • t27b test under qemu-aarch64: 13 of 13 pass.
  • The same specs pass through t27c gen + zig (Debug LLVM and ReleaseFast) and gen-c + clang/gcc at -O0 and -O2.

The results are summarised in a comment on #6488.

fib, sieve, matmul, collatz, ternary, f64loop. Each has test blocks
with oracle-checked expected values, so a wrong result on any backend
is a FAIL. Arrays fit t27b's 16 KB frame limit.

Seal Status

  • ⚠️ STALE -- sha256(compiler.rs)=9f2c8a4829f6 != manifest seal=87e5cbd3ad94.
    The committed NMSE numbers were certified against an older compiler.rs.
