What

Updates specs/automation/crm-story-reel.t27 from v4 to v5.

Why: both clients the owner asked reels for have voice clones, and those clones are voiced on Replicate, which answers 402. Kie is paid. Under v4 voice_mode still picked the clone.

  • voice_mode(has_clone, clone_down, seller_asked):
    • uses her clone when she has one and its provider answers;
    • otherwise, for a reel the seller asked for, uses her own voice notes;
    • a client pressing for herself keeps her clone.
  • CLONE_DOWN_* constants: the fallback happens in the same run, carries the stills already paid for, and triggers only on a provider refusal.
  • New test: "a seller's reel whose clone its provider refuses speaks her notes in the same run, on the stills it paid for".

Checks (local)

  • t27c test-report passes 21/21.
  • The negative control fails the new test, as it should.
  • validate-vacuity finds 0 vacuous tests.
  • The spec seal is updated.
  • The spec is bound in 999-multibots-telegraf, where it is covered by 5 job tests and 7 mutations (all caught).

Measured live 2026-09-27: both clients the owner asked reels for HAVE clones,
voiced on Replicate, which answers 402; Kie is paid. v4 still chose the clone,
paid the stills and waited for the sweep to choose it again.
voice_mode(has_clone, clone_down, seller_asked): the seller's reel speaks her
notes when the clone's provider refuses -- same run, stills carried, only on
a provider refusal; a client's own press keeps her clone.
21/21 tests, 0 vacuous, negative control caught; bound in 999-multibots-telegraf.
