What

specs/automation/crm-story-reel.t27 goes from v3 to v4.

The voice clone runs on Replicate, which answers 402 on an empty account, and Kie cannot clone. So when the seller presses for a reel and the client has no clone, the reel now speaks her real voice notes from the seller's DM: they are cut at pauses, one piece per scene, and lip-synced on Kie.

  • New consts:
    • VOICE_NONE / VOICE_CLONE / VOICE_NOTES
    • NOTES_NEED_REPLICATE, NOTES_WORDS_ARE_HERS, NOTES_FROM_SELLER_DM_ONLY
    • NOTES_MIN_SEC 5 and NOTES_MAX_SEC 12
    • NOTES_CUT_WINDOW_MS 1500 and NOTES_PART_MIN_MS 1500
  • New fns: voice_mode, cut_at, price_estimate_notes
  • New tests:
    • a reel with no clone speaks her notes on Kie, and nothing else does;
    • notes are cut at a pause near the even cut, otherwise at the even cut;
    • price is stills + her seconds + the cut (3 scenes, 12 s → 218).
  • VOICE_LEG_STATUS: clone-blocked-402-notes-on-kie-2026-09-27

Checks (local)

  • t27c test-report: 20 tests, 20 pass, 0 FAIL.
  • t27c validate-vacuity: 0 of 20 tests are vacuous.
  • t27c seal --save has been updated.
  • The spec is bound in 999-multibots-telegraf. src/spec/crm-story-reel.test.ts mirrors every test title against the host, and scripts/check-t27-specs.mjs passes all its laws. Mutations N1–N8 were all caught.

voice: voice_mode picks clone / notes / none, cut_at cuts at the nearest

20/20 tests, 0 vacuous; bound in 999-multibots-telegraf.
