crm-story-reel v3

  • A still that is still drawing is paid once:
    • still_resume decides use, wait, or redraw after its charge comes back once.
    • job_kept: a job that is only waiting for a still is kept, not failed.
    • FAILED_JOB_RETURNS_PENDING_STILLS: a failed job gives back the charge for stills that were still drawing.
    • LATE_REFUND_REF_PREFIX: the late refund can happen only once per provider task.
  • The seller reaches the template:
    • The template tool is SELLER_TOOL (crm_story_reel); the clone tool is CLONE_TOOL (crm_voice_clone).
    • A talking reel is never assembled by hand in the chat.
    • The voice runs on Replicate, not ElevenLabs.
    • The voice notes she already sent are tried first.
    • Voice health comes from real calls: Replicate's account check returns 200 even with no credit.

crm-lead-magnet v2 (the audit of v1 against the code)

  • No text-to-image fallback. face_for picks her sent photo, then her avatar, then nothing.
  • gift_allowed gives one portrait per person. The host now enforces it.
  • The SAFE_ZONE_* margins are now in the prompt.
  • New functions tokens_for and rows_for.
  • The live run of 2026-09-16 is recorded.
  • Tests are braced and call functions, instead of comparing struct literals with themselves.

  • t27c test-report: 17/17 and 7/7 pass (Zig 0.16.0).
  • validate-vacuity: 0 of 24 tests are vacuous.
  • Negative controls: each mutation turns a test red.
  • Seals saved for both specs.
  • The docs/now entry is written.

Host

  • Both specs are copied byte for byte into 999-multibots-telegraf, apps/vibee-editor/render/src/spec/, next to their t27c gen-ts output.
  • The host imports the constants from there and runs every spec test against its own code.
