[M+1] Refactor trinity umbrella: remove duplicated hardware/ fpga/ src/ from gHashTag/trinity, replace with link to NeuronConstant

Summary

The umbrella repo gHashTag/trinity currently contains duplicated hardware and RTL directories (hardware/, fpga/, src/) that are now canonical in NeuronConstant.

Goal

1. Remove or archive hardware/, fpga/, src/ from gHashTag/trinity
2. Replace with references/submodule pointing to gHashTag/NeuronConstant
3. Update gHashTag/trinity README to clearly state NeuronConstant is the silicon RTL source of truth

Affected repos

• gHashTag/trinity (umbrella) — remove hardware/ duplicates
• gHashTag/NeuronConstant (THIS REPO) — verify it is complete before trinity cleanup

Dependencies

• Verify all RTL in NeuronConstant is complete and matches tt-trinity-* submission repos
• Run R-SI-1 audit on all tiles
• Confirm Coq proofs in trinity/trios-coq are not affected

Notes

Do NOT touch tt-trinity-{phi,euler,gamma} submission repos — they must remain as-is for TTSKY26b.
