Inquiry about the noesis PyPI package (possible name transfer)

I hope you’re doing well. I noticed your project noesis (https://pypi.org/project/noesis/) hasn’t been updated since 2018.
I maintain an active open-source framework also called Noēsis (https://github.com/saraeloop/noesis), focused on cognitive observability and structured reasoning for AI systems.

Before submitting a PEP 541 request to PyPI, I wanted to ask if you’re open to transferring the name if it’s no longer in use.
If so, I’d be happy to take over the package to continue active development in a completely different domain (AI cognition rather than network analysis).
