A casino game where the house always wins.
A small C# console project created for Codelearn.
It looks like a normal roulette game: you start with 1000 €, choose how much you want to bet, and decide whether you want to bet on a number or a colour.
But there's a small problem...
You're never going to win.
The game asks you to:
-
Choose how much money you want to bet.
-
Choose between:
- A number from
0to36 - A colour (
r= red /b= black)
- A number from
-
Wait for the roulette to spin.
-
Watch your money disappear.
The roulette then reveals the result...
And somehow, you always lose your bet.
This isn't a real roulette simulator.
The result is intentionally manipulated:
- If you choose a number, the program generates a different number.
- If you choose red, the result is black.
- If you choose black, the result is red.
- Your bet is always removed from your balance.
So the real objective isn't to win.
It's to discover that you've been scammed.

Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/fustcoma/codelearn-roulette.gitGo into the project:
cd codelearn-rouletteThen compile and run roulette.cs using a C# compiler or a C# development environment.
For example, with the .NET CLI:
dotnet runDepending on your C# setup, you may need to create a .NET console project first and place
roulette.csinside it.
