pi/hitl/phone: sleep the device display at teardown (Android + iOS) - #191

Conversation
The real bench phones idled with their screens ON between runs, burning
OLED/panel lifetime. Turn the display off in the target's close():
* AndroidDeviceTarget: `adb shell input keyevent KEYCODE_SLEEP` (always sleeps,
unlike KEYCODE_POWER which would toggle an already-off screen back on).
* IosDeviceTarget: `idevicediagnostics sleep` (over usbmux — no Xcode / Developer
Mode needed).
