Superseded by #56.

The nixpkgs-reference input is the pinned oracle for the bash-compat spec corpus, and its upgrade policy in tests/spec/REFERENCE.md requires the [reference] block and the flake.nix rev to change in the same commit, re-recording any affected fixtures. Renovate can't do either half, so this PR was unmergeable as written — which is why it sat open for two and a half weeks.

#56 disables Renovate for this input and adds the missing guard: cargo xtask spec versions and a unit test now compare the rev declared in REFERENCE.md against the one flake.nix actually pins, so the two can no longer drift apart. Version drift versus nixos-unstable is still surfaced advisorily, so no signal is lost.

For the record, ad903c1 resolves to bash 5.3p15 / coreutils 9.11 — identical to the current pin — so this bump would have changed nothing observable. Future bumps happen by hand, deliberately.
