Hi, I'm fengqi 👋

I build developer tools that make remote environments feel local — VS Code extensions for networking, SSH and debugging, and cloud-native tooling that brings Kubernetes pods and services within reach of your laptop. Mostly in Go and TypeScript.

🧩 VS Code extensions

Extension Installs
Tapline
Capture and inspect HTTP, HTTPS, HTTP/2, HTTP/3, gRPC and WebSocket traffic from VS Code terminals and debug sessions.
Marketplace
Open VSX
SSHX Studio
SSH terminal, SFTP file manager and port forwarding (-L / -R / -D) — side by side in one VS Code tab.
Marketplace
Open VSX

☁️ Cloud native & Kubernetes

  • kube-loop — cross-platform Kubernetes desktop network client: transparent TUN access to Pod IPs, ClusterIP Services and cluster DNS, built on sing-box.
  • PodRelay — SSH and VS Code Remote access to Kubernetes pods running a stock sshd, through a WebSocket relay with per-pod SSH key auth.

Also interested in multi-tenant clusters (vCluster), ingress and API gateways (Apache APISIX), and AI training on Kubernetes (Kubeflow Trainer).

🛠️ Tools I work with

Go TypeScript Kubernetes Cloud Native VS Code React

Found a bug or have an idea for one of these projects? Issues and pull requests are always welcome.
