Define required fields

To make things simpler i.e remove the need to implement methods for insertion with pretty param hinting, it may be worth adding a declaration of required data for the insert/createFixture method.

Something like

getRequiredFields()
{
return ['name', 'dateOfBirth'];
}

If any of the above indexes are not provided, throw an exception saying they are a must. If any indexes provided that are not in the mapping, throw an exception.
