Change

• This PR adds the gh-stack agent skill to .claude/skills/gh-stack/.
• The source is github/gh-stack at tag v0.1.1. The install command was:
  gh skill install github/gh-stack gh-stack --agent claude-code --scope project --pin v0.1.1
• The files are the upstream files. The installer added source metadata to the frontmatter of SKILL.md.
• The files contain only documentation. They contain no scripts.

Why

• The blocker fixes (bug: Build with a supported Go version and make static binaries #6, bug: Commands exit with code 0 when they fail, and show incorrect error text #2, bug: The site search does not stop outside $HOME, and --domain can point outside the home directory #3, bug: The wp, exec and logs commands do not accept flags for the container #4, bug: Show a clear warning when Docker, the Compose plugin or the Docker daemon is not available #5, bug(self-update): correct the version comparison, the HTTP errors and the binary replacement #8) use one stack of pull requests.
• The skill tells Claude Code how to operate gh stack without an interactive terminal.
• When this PR is merged, each contributor's agent gets the same skill.

Update

To update the skill, run gh skill update in the repository.
