[CA-01-S8] Exchange causal-anchor history through WSC profiles

Objective

Make causal-anchor facts and admission receipts explicit semantic participants in Echo WSC/Continuum causal-history exchange. Raw WAL segment carriage is durability evidence, not a sufficient application-facing history contract.

Acceptance criteria

• Ref-only, self-contained, and CAS-addressed causal-history exports carry canonical anchor fact/receipt evidence.
• Imports validate fact/receipt pairing and reject incomplete or conflicting anchor history.
• Imported anchor evidence remains basis-bound and provenance-capable.
• Exchange does not confer local admission authority merely by decoding remote bytes.
• Existing profiles remain deterministic and have explicit compatibility coverage.
• CLI projection includes recovered anchor history.
• Documentation explains how anchors participate in Continuum exchange and where trust is re-established.

Constraint

Do not treat a WSC envelope, CAS object, or imported lookup map as local Echo admission authority.

Implemented in 445604a. WSC causal-history profile v2 now exchanges explicit observation-only causal-anchor fact/receipt/commit evidence across ref-only, self-contained, and CAS-addressed profiles. Self-contained and CAS imports reconstruct retained WAL segments and require an exact complete match with recovered anchor history; ref-only binds supplied observations to projected commit coordinates without conferring local admission authority. Added CLI bundle v2 support, compatibility diagnostics, domain/security/case-study documentation, and RED/GREEN coverage. Full warp-core feature suite, warp-cli suite, strict Clippy, rustfmt, markdownlint, and diff checks pass.
