INTER-2051: Add SDK version support and EOL table to README

This PR addresses concerns raised in INTER-2051. This is part of a thread of PRs that adds this table to the SDK README.

Adds a "Version support" section to the README with a single table showing which SDK major versions map to which JS Agent version, their current status, and end-of-support info.

Note: I will merge this after the React Native SDK v4 is released and stable
