[INTER-2569] Finishing touches before V4

[TheUnderScorer]

• Removed references to unused error codes
• Fixed broken docs and coverage workflow
• Use description instead of localizedDescription for obtaining error message.
• Updated @fingerprintjs/changesets-native-dependency-format to v0.2.0

After the first successful deployment, the unused gh-pages branch can be removed.
