Per #75, we should be setting up `known_hosts` entries on provision for remote stages. Furthermore, once this is in place, we should remove the bypass of strict host key checking in `files.rake`

Scratch this. known_hosts uses the host key, which is different than the
deployuser's keypair that we're using for ssh access.
