Add Cloud in a Bottle deployment support #119

Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

FileRise cannot currently be installed directly from its repository on Cloud in a Bottle, which uses a root cloudinabottle.toml manifest.

Describe the solution you'd like

Would you accept a contribution adding this deployment target? I have a working implementation that builds the current container, exposes FileRise on port 80, and places uploads, users, metadata, and generated key material in persistent app storage. Public share links continue to work through FileRise's own access controls.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The integration could remain in an external wrapper repository, but an in-tree manifest provides a simpler update path.

Additional context

Existing container deployments are unchanged.

    @andrewlaack

    I should've mentioned, but I am a developer of cloud in a bottle. I plan to make a repo for distributing FileRise under our org, similar to how we have done this other apps, but wasn't sure if there was interest in having this included in this repo. It's totally up to you, and I'm open to any questions :) Feel free to simply close this if you aren't interested.

    Hi @andrewlaack, thanks for offering this integration. The implementation link currently returns 404. Could you share an updated link or open a PR?

    I’m open to reviewing a small, self-contained deployment manifest, provided existing deployments remain unchanged.

    Would you also be willing to maintain the Cloud in a Bottle integration as your platform evolves? Keeping it in your organization’s wrapper repository is fine in the meantime.
